In reply to: [WooCommerce] Some Variable ProductsNot responsive on mobile on live siteHi @maykato and thanks for replying. As it happens late last night I was able to successfully migrate my staging site to live and it seems to have resolved the mobile issue. I am still unsure what caused it as disabling plugins and all other trouble shooting didn’t identify the cause.
I will mark this as resolved and once again thanks for reaching out.
Warm regards

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Site Changes Disappearing After updateHi Stanley. Thanks for the quick response.
The site is using The7 theme with WPBakery Visual Composer plugins. The element in question is the Media Grid that displays galleries of images on the Designer Collections pages.
Thanks for any help.
CliffJust to let you know that this issue just affected on of my sites running Wordfence too. I did as @wfalaa suggested and the solution worked. I first deactivated the plugin by ftp and the site came back online. I deleted the “wflogs” folder and re-activated the plugin. All is well now.
Thanks for the support. Very timely.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] 3.3.1 Affected Menubar and category layoutThanks Caleb. I can see that removing that line from css displays the images but that is the default css with the theme that has been updated for this version of woo. If i do it also removes the category name display from the page. the problem is only apparent in grid view. Bit uncertain about amending the main css file from the theme too. Struggling to find the culprit here, but thanks for your help earlier.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 3.3.1 Affected Menubar and category layoutUpdate ..I have restored the loop-start template to a previous version into the theme and this partially fixes the category layout although it now fails to display the category thumbs. Any views/advise gratefully received.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 3.3.1 Affected Menubar and category layoutPlease ignore the issue with the Menubar as I have resolved this. However category layout is still a mess just now. Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WC 3.3: Issues with Categories displaying in Shop@paulsimo I had same problem but with different theme. Wp rollback didnt work nor did ftp the older version and changing theme templates. The only solution for me was for host to restore a backup of the site. Thankfully it was taken a few hours before the update so minimal impact in the end. If you can check whether there is an earlier backup and restore. The only other option seems to wait for the updated update. Good luck.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WC 3.3: Issues with Categories displaying in ShopHave been following this thread but haven’t found a solution to my issue.
Am running The7 theme and the update broke the archive/category pages in that the layout loads the sidebar below the cat images, which are also all vertically aligned. Grid and list switcher doesn’t change anything.
I have rolled back, and also reinstalled 3.2.6 by ftp but to no avail.I have reinstalled the theme templates and I have tried the css fix but nothing changes the archive layout.
For a number of reasons I can’t go back to an old backup so am looking to see if anyone has an idea which file is causing the layout issue and hopefully how to fix. TIA.
