Thanks, we just needed to know the plugin didn’t automatically add it as default-as the simple variations team are saying that’s what happening-ile get back to them and see what they suggest next.

Hi Emre,

The developer of the single variations has finally got back to me, and has said the following:

“This might be issue with your caching plugin, since our plugin does not apply any CSS or JS on the frontend, it only modifies the product query on please make sure your caching plugin does not cache the queries.”

How do I check if we are caching the queries? Would this be in the plugin settings or in the code somewhere? (I’m not a developer so not sure where to start)

Hi Guys,

No, unfortunately, it doesn’t show automatically with more than one attribute, but I have now managed to find a snippet of code to force it.

Additionally, the variations do not show with the attribute filters, is this maybe a conflict with my theme, or something that the plugin does not do at the moment…

Hi Emre,

Thanks for the speedy response, I have set the cache time-out as you have suggested, but it’s still not showing the variations for non admins.

I think the best bet will be to see what the plugin developers say and forward the first link you have given me.

Would I need to set something from ￡0-￡10 for no delivery perhaps for it to work again?
