For others having this issue i’ve fixed this now.
I simply put ‘https://www.mysite.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal’ in the IPN setup in Paypal.

Log in to your PayPal Premier or Business account. https://www.paypal.com
Click the “Profile” subtab located in the top navigation area.
Click the “Instant Payment Notification Preferences” link under the Selling Preferences header.
Click “Edit” button.
Check the box next to the description of Instant Payment Notification feature and enter the URL address of your IPN script.
Click the “Save” button to finish the IPN activation procedure.

Im having exactly the same issue.
Can I ask if you are making the order through paypal? I’ve been told it may be a IPN issue but am still looking into it.

Also, thank you for letting me know about the forums, I wasn’t aware but will keep that in mind in future.

Oh.. if you look at the page it might look ok now as I’ve worked around it by changing the size of the header image but it still will not resize if you make the window smaller etc.

I’ve just done some more investigations at it seems that IE is the main issue.
It may also not be as bad as I originally thought as it seems that it is just the header and the slider on the front page that is the problem.

This is quite frustrating as the theme resizes perfectly on every other browser. Even on ios!
