In reply to: [Osom Business] Full Width Cover VideoThanks Esther,
When I replace the video with an image in the cover block it is full-width. I believe the problem is that the video is keeping its aspect ratio and not going to full-width. Also I used the plugin Advanced WordPress Backgrounds and still the video is keeping its aspect ratio.
The Cover block is set to full width.
The padding, margin and block spacing are set to 0.
Minimum Height is set to 0
I checked the template to make sure it was set to full width.
I checked the section below the cover section and the margins and paddings are set to 0.
I deleted the overlay text section.
Toggle full height is not set.Best Regards, Stacy

In reply to: Trackback SpamTrackbacks are different than comments. They are used to track outside links to your site.
They are a whole different checkbox in the settings. Make sure you have the trackbacks checkbox unchecked as well.

In reply to: Trackback SpamHi Chrrissss,
You mean you have all those options unselected?Did you go to the individual page to see if the trackbacks and pingbacks discussion box is unchecked as well as the comments box?
Sometimes an old page (they have discussion options as well) could still have the wrong settings. (Page was created before you changed the global settings.)
LOL! I know the spammers baffle me too!
Stacy
Can you post a link to your site?

In reply to: How to align text nicely independently of screen sizeHi Gabby,
Can you post the url to your site?

In reply to: Trackback SpamYes go to Settings->Discussion
Under the first category called “Default article settings”
uncheck “Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks)”Then don’t forget to press save!
Unfortunately this only turns off trackbacks for any new posts. To remove it from already published posts you need to go into each post individually and remove the check from the box.
If you don’t see the discussion checkboxes on your posts then go to Screen Options at the top of the page and check Discussion to see them.
Cheers,
Stacy

In reply to: How to Make my Logo BiggerHi Lucaelba!
You need to start your own thread in the Support Forums. Don’t post on a resolved support ticket.
Thanks!

In reply to: Blurry Featured Products ImagesWhen you set up the Featured Products section of the Homepage was there a place to put what size photo you wanted to display with each product or does it display the featured image from the product page?
Have you contacted Woo Themes? They have great support for their themes.

In reply to: Blurry Featured Products ImagesYour images are smaller than you are displaying them on the homepage. When you increase the size of a small image you loose some of the resolution.
The images are 150×150. You are displaying them at 256×256.

In reply to: Content on "Home" page but still get 404There is an image manipulation program called GIMP. I’ve never used it because I use Photoshop but I have heard people say it is good. When you first start using an image manipulation program it is a good idea to google for tutorials and follow along. I searched for “make a website header with gimp” and found quite a few.
