Excellent thanks srwells! I’ve just purchased the paid version and I’ll likely go with your suggestion of using the HTML field to display the terms & conditions in a scrollable box directly on the page. Now I’ve just got to find some HTML to do this! Thanks again for your input!
Thanks srwells, very helpful! Would you perhaps recommended an alternative approach if using the paid version?
Thank you Kevin!
One other comment…
From what I’ve seen so far all other aspects of Ninja forms are fantastic! Which I guess is why I don’t understand why such a simple tool like multi-select check boxes aren’t an option.
Brad I totally agree! I am evaluating form plugins now. I really like Ninja forms and have been testing with the lite version and was planning to upgrade to pro. BUT this “multi-line” is just not end user friendly. The work around of using individual check boxes is possible but not a good option for a couple of reasons. Ninja’s why don’t you add a multi-select check box option?
Brad do you mind sharing what you ended up using? Did this cause you to move to a different option?

In reply to: permalink modifications – help needed! Thanks! Yes for sure…
The original url was:
https://www.iassc.org/certifications/black-belt-certification/
I modified the page name (Post) to be:
“six sigma black belt certification” in hopes that it would automatically change the url to:
https://www.iassc.org/certifications/six-sigma-black-belt-certification/
but it did not.
So then I modified the portion of the permalink to be:
https://www.iassc.org/certifications/six-sigma-black-belt-certification/
and updated.
When I go to the live site and click that page I get an error which says:
“Sorry…
The page doesnt exist”Forum: Fixing WordPress
