@kashifkiduniya By default, we use 4096-bit encryption. Google on the other hand uses 2048 bit encryption. That’s the reason the private key won’t work on Google.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, we will add a feature in future that would let users generate 2048 bit encryption.

@zayn77 Based on what you’ve written, it seems like your website is not using the SSL certificate generated by our plugin. I would recommend that you get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them why.

@poofwizard It’s as secure as any other SSL certificate. You can verify by visiting https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ and entering your website.

@engine44 We are not able to reproduce the issue on our system this seems to be an issue with your instance of chrome. Can you try doing it in a new incognito window?

@engine44 Do you have cPanel or FTP access to the website? If yes, go to wp-content/plugins/ssl-zen and rename the folder to ssl-zen-backup. After that your website you be online.
