Hi all – whilst waiting for a fix for the issue with the functions.php file for v1.5.1, I replaced it with the functions.php v1.4.2. This has removed the line 517 error.

Same here – multiple warnings relating to “failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /public_html/wp-content/themes/coraline/functions.php on line 517”

Does anyone know how to reinstall Coraline v1.5.0?
