In reply to: [Contact Form 7] My non-relevant email address inserted into FromDear Takayuki, thank you for your reply. I think I found the culprit. It is Mailjet plugin. I configured it wrong by sending mails from WP directly to Mailjet (using my account). That’s why Contact Form 7 puts the my registered sender email to the From field automatically. I should have sent it to my smtp mail server as usual because my smtp server sends to Mailjet smtp relay host anyway. I removed the direct sending in Mailjet plugin and all is now back to normal.
Thanks for the head up anyway. By the way, I appreciate for such a nice plugin.
Answering my own question. I bought the pro version. WPML correctly scanned and found all the strings in the plugin. And translations came up correctly. I am a happy camper now. Thank you!
Maybe I need to clarify a bit. I installed free version on my WP. It works with WPML as the plugin works like any other WP page. The same ticketing system can be reached from English or Spanish pages.
The only problem here is that Spanish access to supportplus page sees English texts; Tickets, Create New Ticket, Signature, Status, Category, Reset etc.
I used string translation utility to scan the texts of WP Support Plus, but it came up only with three texts; View Changelog, available and New Version. I have no idea where are the other texts of WP Support Plus are coming from.
Is there a way to solve this issue? Maybe a switch in the shortcode to use one specific language file?
Back-end is fine. Just the front-end has that problem. It is a long list with an extension or comma at every line.
