yes, I did what is instructed there, I deactivate also plugins but the sidebars are still showing up even the layout selected is no sidebars.

i have 2 roles the admin,keymaster and the other is support user, participant. Before i already saw it but now i am not seeing it, so i am not sure what really cause it. i have no role editor plugin.
