Encountering the same issue/error dealing with emptying spam and even comment replies. Commenting out line 33 of Util_AttachToActions.php as suggested resolved the issue on my install. I see this will be resolved in an upcoming update, but wanted to share my experience with the temporary fix.

Same issue. deactivated and the page editor loaded normally.

Add another person to the list that is disappointed there are no default settings for the link to setting for the image blocks. I to prefer to have 99.9% of the photos I add linked back to the media file.
