In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Validation Error Messages Not ShownSorry @takayukister. I found the solution https://contactform7.com/acceptance-checkbox/.
I hadn’t seen the Acceptance as Validation section.
I’ve added to Additional Settings this:
acceptance_as_validation: on
.
now it works as I expected.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Validation Error Messages Not Shown@takayukister Nope! If i select the acceptance checkbox so I correctly see the validation messages. Instead If I don’t select the acceptance checkbox but I fill out correctly all the other fields and try to send the mail, I don’t see any message.
Shouldn’t CF7 show any errors in other fields even if the acceptance box is not selected? Or show a validation message also for the acceptance checkbox?
Thanks
Stefano

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Validation Error Messages Not Shown@takayukister It’s strage because trying both from different browsers and from different devices I never see the error notifications. I thought it could be a Javascript block of my browser but I tried both chrome, firefox, and safari in 2 different PCs.

Thanks a lot Thomas,
I dont’k now because the codeless option broke my website (in the chrome console the error is JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
VM80:1 GET https://www.neiwaigong.com/ net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING).But with the custom option is all ok (except for visitors with JavaScript disabled as you explain).
Regard
Stefano
Hi Thomas,
if I use the codeless option something in my template broke. However if I use the Custom option without insert any additional php snippet, the website is ok, and also the tracking seems to works fine.Very strange, doesn’t it?

@duracelltomi Hi duracelltomi
you were right, there was a problem with the caching system of my website. Now the userid tracking works fine. Thanks a lot
