You can change the name in the WooCommerce setting where you define the tax.
Go to Woocommerce > Settings > Tax > Standart Tax (or whatever tax you have setup) > In the Tax Name column change MwSt. to MwSt. (19%)
Then recalculate taxes and it will update it for you.
