I do understand that you are not able to run ads in any specific country.
To add multiple countries you will have to sync the product multiple times with the respective country at a time.

We have tried it from our end however the same is working fine with firefox in IOS and Windows OS.

I had a detailed look at your store and I noticed that there is a GTM tag active on your store.
Can you disable the GTM once and have the same checked?

Let me clarify you with the same.
It is not an error it is basically the response to the status of the Auth2 token. The Auth2 token gets expired every 30 mins after which a new token gets generated. The “400 Bad request” response is displayed when the token gets expired, based on that response new token is generated.
Please be rest assured that there will not be an impact on the website.
