Thank you, everyone.

After some more searching, I discovered that we shouldn’t put the closing tag ?> in functions.php file as it adds additional blank spaces.

The minute I removed it, everything went back to normal.

I just did that and the result is still the same. Duplicate listings in all of my categories.

What else might be wrong here?
