There is currently no way to add the coupon discount to the cart discount amount generated by our plugin. This feature will be added to upcoming upgrades.

In Settings > Pricing Table > Enable Realtime Pricing, real-time pricing can be enabled. Please note that it only applies to quantity-based discount types. For further information, see the screen capture below.
