Hi,
Thank you for using our plugin, and we apologize for the delayed response. Based on your requirements, we need some clarification. If we understand correctly, you want to display both discounts separately, right? In other words, you’d like to show two types of prices: the product price discount with tax and without tax, correct?
Hi,
Thank you for your patience. It is possible to change the numbers after the decimal separator. To do so, go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> General, and modify the ‘Number of decimals’ field. After changing the setting, please check if the first issue still exists. If so, please contact us with a screenshot of the rule settings.
Hi,
Thank you for your patience. This is in the final QA phase. After testing is complete, we will release it soon.
Hi,
These types of issues mainly occur due to the theme style override. If you provide the file or create a testing page, it will help fix the issues with your theme and assist others who are using similar themes.
Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that your issue hasn’t been resolved. Based on the product page URL you shared, we see you’re using the Elementor Loop and the Elementor Hello theme. Due to some limitations with the frontend URL, we can’t fully replicate the issue. For situations like this, we also offer customized support through our website. Rest assured, as a valued customer, we’re actively working on your issue, and we hope to have a fix in our upcoming version within the next 3-4 days.
Hi pudpud,
Thank you for considering our plugin. Could you please share the URL of the shop page with the issue you are facing?
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response and the inconvenience you’re facing. Could you please try enabling the ‘Use jQuery Positioning‘ option along with the product loop hook and let me know? We’ve also provided detailed support on our website, as we need to perform thorough checks for these types of issues.
Hi,
Based on the details, we understand that you are only facing an issue when filtering the product on the front end, right? Please enable ‘Use Product Loop Hook‘ and disable ‘Use WooCommerce Shop Hook’ and let us know. As mentioned in our previous conversation, we have some limitations in providing detailed support without checking the backend. However, you can receive comprehensive support through the Acowebs website. We hope these changes will help you resolve your issue.

In reply to: [Product Labels For Woocommerce (Sale Badges)] Multiple badges on 1 productHi,
First of all, thank you for using our plugin. It is possible to use multiple badges on one product. We currently offer options for positioning badges through the Opacity and Position sections in the main tab.
Hi,
We have inspected your website, but unfortunately, we can’t see the style we provided. If you have removed the style, please add it again. You can change the animation time, which is currently set to 0.5s in the CSS. We have some limitations when testing the site from the front end, so it is better to add the CSS with the help of your theme developer.
Hi browmaniac,
This may be due to missing the style we previously provided. Could you please check the style you have added?

Thank you for your inquiry. While we currently do not offer the option to add custom taxonomies, this feature is already on our future development list.
However, we do have options for adding both product sections and categories/tags within the plugin’s product section tab. For further clarification, please refer to the attached screen recording. Once again, thank you for considering our plugin.
Hi,
Thank you for providing the details. These types of issues typically arise from the theme. If your cart is built using the block editor, please convert it to a standard WooCommerce cart by using the default shortcode
[woocommerce_cart]
. For a basic examination, could you please deactivate the dynamic pricing plugin and try adding products to the cart? If the issue persists, please switch to the default Storefront theme for testing. If the issue is still not resolved, we will need a detailed examination of your website.
