In the classic editor I can see the Metabox, but that’s where the rating stars don’t show up, as I’ve described, so I have no way to choose the “overall rating” there.
Now I tried adding a YASR “Block” and it’s Metabox did indeed show the stars so that I could seemingly rate it, but when I hit “Update” the stars defaulted back to grey and show as just gray when I “view post”.
Also, I find it odd that the “Block” Metabox doesn’t provide the option to choose the category for “This review is about”. Is this not available on a post by post basis anymore?
I prefer not to make my URLs public, so I sent them to the “privacy” email address found on your website. Can you look for them there?
BTW, the YASR plug is updated to 2.0.1

Also, Google isn’t showing my stars anymore for my posts that are exhibiting this problem :(:(:(
Nov 21st Update: As of today, changing the cookie version doesn’t work anymore to block Cookie Consent from displaying in North America. Please can you make this compatible with GeoIP Detection again and provide support? It’s a great plugin when it works!

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Crawling overload caused by YoastSo sorry for the false alarm, but it turns out it was W3 Total Cache that was causing the problem!

In reply to: [Geo Controller] Error: Arrays are not allowed in class constantsSame problem… I updated to PHP 5.6 on my server, but I still get the same error message when trying to activate.
Fatal error: Arrays are not allowed in class constants in ***/wp-content/plugins/cf-geoplugin/includes/class-cf-geoplugin-global.php on line 123
I purged all my caches just in case that mattered, but didn’t help.

In reply to: [EC Stars Rating] Check Vulnerabilities? Thanks so much for responding. I’ll review it now so that others understand what a great plugin it is. I hope updating it will go fast for you!!!
Same problem here. Installed v2.5.1 from scratch on WP 4.7.1 and neither of the two “fixes” above solve the problem.
Wish the developer would address this and update the plug’s compatibility with WP 4.7x

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Can’t Update to WP 4.6.1 – W3 breaks adminFound a fix. I just disabled the w3-total-cache by adding a ~ (i.e. ~w3-total-cache)
Then i disabled /wp-content/object-cache.php in the same way > ~object-cache.php
Then when I enabled w3-total-cache by removing the ~ again, it automatically created a new object-cache.php file and everything worked fine!
Hope this helps others getting the following error!
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in /public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 51

In reply to: [Gallery Box] Re-Order Gallery ItemsThanks sharing your find @wplover1969. Very kind of you! You’re absolutely correct. Nice detective work.
Ok workaround for now for those who don’t mind adding a number in front of every title.
I just hope the author integrates a better fix soon for those of us that don’t want numbered gallery items ??
Cheers!

In reply to: [Gallery Box] Re-Order Gallery Itemsbtw, adding a drag and drop function to the items is what I was thinking.
Also, as I built my 15 item YouTube gallery, I noticed the order of the items in the final Gallery has no relevance to the order of the items in the admin panel.
It seems completely random. This might have to be fixed as well. Otherwise, the drag and drop order won’t make any sense either.
TIP: the following plugin managed to make it work with oEmbed, but I’d prefer it to be on a per video basis instead of site wide.
