Sorry, it is my first post here. I try to translate my problem:

I use a Mac OS X 10.9.2 and I have succeeded in installing WordPress 3.9 with local XAMP . The problem comes when I want to edit something in WordPress: upload a photo, delete a template or install a pluing , is not possible. WordPress display reads:

When filling pulse data and “OK ” appears this error message :

I’ve gone over everything and finally uninstalled and re- do all over again with the same result .
I’m beginning to believe it is a problem in WordPress version 3.9 . Does anyone know how to fix it ?

xamppfiles>htdocs>wp folder dowload(if you have not changed the name
)>wp-content
