    Hi @ecurnow

That’s a weird issue. We have never faced any such problems so far. Please check the below recommendation:

    1. Create another team post with the same team name (without deleting the problematic post) and check if it is saving the social information. If everything is okay with the new post, then delete the earlier post.

    2. It can be a conflict issue. Can you please check by deactivating all the other plugins, and/or activating the default twenty twenty-one theme? Did you install any other plugins for team members? If yes, then deactivate them.

It is difficult for us to provide you with any fix without debugging. Please let us know if any of the above recommendations can fix your issue.

    Thank you.

    Hi @gunadurai

It seems the error is generated from your theme core plugin (gainlove-core). Your theme may be in conflict with our plugin. Can you please temporarily switch the theme to the default twenty-twenty-one theme and check if the portfolio details page is working or not?

If the portfolio details page is working with the default theme, then your theme is causing the issue. In that case, you may need to discuss the problem with the theme developer.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

    Hi @gunadurai

We have tested our plugin but didn’t find any issues with the detail portfolio page. Please provide your server error log so that we can identify the problem and work on debugging it.

Also, our demo site is up & running with the latest version of the Portfolio plugin (the error was caused by some other 3rd party plugin). Please check out the details page demo link from here: https://demo.radiustheme.com/wordpress/plugins/tlp-portfolio/portfolio-wordpress-theme/.

Thank you. Have a nice day.

Sorry for the unfortunate behavior. We will check our plugin and will push an update soon to fix the errors for the portfolio details page.

It will be very helpful if you can share your WordPress version, the server PHP version, and the server error log. It will help us to identify the root cause of the error and will help us to fix it quickly.

    Hi @clgm

It looks like you need to re-save the permalink. Navigate to Dashboard->Settings->Permalinks, scroll to the bottom, and click on Save Changes. This will resolve the 404 error.

As for the ‘About Us’ page link, you may need to think of other solutions such as you can keep the page link to another menu item or you can create another dropdown under the ‘About Us’ menu (nested dropdown). By the way, long press on the ‘About Us’ menu item from the tablet will still trigger the dropdown.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

    Hi @jejones8

Yes, the Food Menu plugin is compatible with the Divi Builder. As it uses shortcodes to display the food posts or products, you can use either the Text or the Code module in Divi Builder to paste the shortcode and display the foods. Hope that answers your inquiry.

Thank you. Have a nice day.

    Hi @clgm

The issue is not related to our plugin. But anyway, please check the below notes:

The root cause for the issue is related to the link assigned to the ‘About Us’ menu item (https://cjboydsolicdev.wpengine.com/about-us/). When the ‘About Us’ item is clicked, it triggers the on-click behavior briefly (which is to show the submenu), but immediately, it reloads and redirects the page to its assigned link (which is the about us page itself). The solution is to set the menu link to ‘#’ or nothing (from the Appearance->Menus) and it will trigger the on-click behavior normally.

Hopefully, your issue will be resolved. I hope you will investigate any issues thoroughly in the future before posting them in the plugin support forum.

Thank you. Have a nice day.

    Hi @clgm

I haven’t found any issues with the responsive submenu of the team member single pages: https://prnt.sc/k0Q1TTcvv5sW
Can you please elaborate on the problems you are facing here?

    Thank you.

    Hi @clgm

    Please check the below answers:

    1. Change the HTML for the single page.
Ans: If you want to change the HTML for the single page, you need to override the single template from your child theme. Please check the process below:
    1. Copy this template file from plugin-> tlp-team/templates/single-team.php
    2. Create tlp-team folder to your child theme and paste the single-team.php file.
    3. Edit the file as needed.

    2. Console errors for .map files.
Ans: These are not ERRORS, they are warnings. .map files are for “Source Maps”. These are special files to debug CSS/JS before they are minified/compiled. They do not impact the running of your site. This is because they are only ever loaded when you open the inspector/console/debugger window of your Browser. Therefore their absence does not affect the end-users in any way. So please do not worry about them.

    3. How to display the team member department.
Ans: This feature is exclusive to Elementor Widgets. To try it, you need to install the Elementor page builder plugin and use our provided team widgets. The widgets have more customization and style options than the shortcodes. Please feel free to try it.

    Thanks for understanding. Thank you.

    Hi @kiranthory

    Sorry for this unfortunate behavior.

There are some major changes in version 5.0.0. Please checks the below recommendations:

    1. Please check your server’s PHP version. WordPress recommends PHP version 7.4. Can you check if your server meets the requirement?
    2. For testing purposes, can you please create another shortcode and paste it into a test page to check if it is working in the front-end (after updating to version 5.0.0)?

If the problem remains, can you please provide some screenshots of the issue?

    Thank you.

    Hi @anirudh5bs

For your reference, the Isotope Layout 3 (free version) looks like this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/mUO_Ysy6ofek.

Unfortunately, the demo link for the free version is not working now. We will fix the demo link as early as possible so that you can check.

Thanks for understanding. Have a nice day.
