No need to apologize. I was away for a few days so i failed to respond to their initial reply. Hopefully, they find out what the issue is on my end they or I can give you a resolution.

I just logged into CC.com and checked, no contact info was added.
I have 3 forms on this page going to 3 different lists on CC.com All not updating. https://accountingbusinesssolutionsusa.com/test-forms/
My apologies for the delay in replying. My client has been manually entering her contacts directly into Constant Contact lists since early March. I tested all forms in December and they worked.
I submitted the form a few minutes ago and it still is not updating the List on CC.com
