Sorry I don’t know why only one ad is showing on your new posts but the greater mystery is how is it possible that there are FIVE of them on the old one.

Google Ad placement policy clearly defines
Ad limit per page

Currently, on each page AdSense publishers may place:

– Up to three AdSense for content units
– Up to three link units
– Up to two search boxes

And even when I accidentally put more than three units, they simply do not show.

Anyone? ??

No. It is included in the theme (but, yes, it shows latest posts within a set category)
I’ve set it in the Sidebar Posts Settings
Right Sidebar Category Posts One ( Middle of Sidebar )
The same applies to the left one (also set there)

Could you maybe tell me how to replace the date in the slider with a text? (I don’t want to remove the image next to the date)
I managed to do it in the section beside the slider but can’t find it for the slider…

in the Theme Options/Tools/Custom CSS

I just couldn’t figure out how to remove one of the sidebars on page.php while widening the page content in the same time but I guess I quit on it..

However, still waiting for the TAG and CATEGORY mystery to be solved…

Thank you Jose! I managed to replace the “Posted on” with the text I wanted but can’t figure out how to remove the dates (the image you posted is for “Posted in” and the “posted_on” in the “content-single” is

I also can’t find the file where the dates are set for Featured Block ( Besides Slider ). The intention is to leave the fa fa calendar image there but replace it with text. Like I did for other Featured blocks on my home page.

I would also like to know how to change the text “Posted on” and remove the dates from posts, i.e. where can I find it in the files?
And, how to replace the dates on homepage with a different text?

Go to Appearance / Editor /
Open front-page.php
and delete the lines starting with e.g.
<!– Featured Block Four –>
and ending with
<!– End Featured Block Four –>
etc.

Pick the ones that fit your needs best and delete the rest but make sure to save the original somewhere (save as a text file), so that you can go back if you mess something up ??

From what I gather, when reuploaded (or newly uploaded) homepage images’ resize in width and get cropped in height but not to what is specified.
In other words, there is something seriously wrong with the resizing function
