In reply to: [Advanced Custom Fields: Font Awesome Field] New Twitter LogoThanks for the quick response. I updated to 6 but now instead of the image it’s blank where it should have the X. Suggestions?

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Unknown Error MessageHello John
Our service provider unchecked basic HTML and that seemed to resolve the situation. We haven’t received any broken links with unknown error since he did that.
If it starts reporting errors again I’ll re-open my request for help.
Susan
Thank you. We’ve installed a cache plug in now as apparently the .htaccess file wasn’t working correctly so we are going to attempt to do exclusions via a plug in.
Our hosting company made another modification. Would you be so kind as to check the cache again with the extension and if you could send a copy of the info you see so I can share it with him?
Thank you!
Thank you I will share that with him.
Would you be able to explain how you see that so I can share that information with our hosting company?
My host added:
<IfModule LiteSpeed>
CacheDisable public /
CacheDisable private /
</IfModule>I would appreciate it if you could check again if it’s showing 30 day cache.
Thank you for checking. I guess changing .htaccess is not applicable then and will revert it back to it’s original one. I’ve forwarded your post to my hosting company and will see what response I get.
Thank you! I’ve added the code to .htaccess so we’ll see if that resolves things!
It’s not installed it just takes you to the option to install the plug in.
According to our hosting company there is no caching at server level and we don’t have caching at admin level as we deleted the caching plug in when we found it to be ineffective in resolving this issue.
We attempted to use one to exclude the log in page when the error first presented itself but it did not resolve the error so all caching plug ins have been disabled and removed.
We had issues a while back about invalid nonce but we are not receiving an invalid nonce issue. The issue we are having is the log in page is caching so we have to enter data twice to log in. We are able to successfully log in after entering the data twice but it’s just going to cause our members not to want to come to our site if they continually experience this message.
