I’m having this issue as well and they won’t even let you contact the developer directly. This is Horrible and the plug-in is seriously in need of improvement.

Yeah, I’m pretty new to WooCommerce and I’ve found it to be simple. In fact, it’s much more user friendly than WP Commerce – Oh my, by far!

You may wish to believe as you do, Sir, however, I am a savvy tech person and the simplicity offered for an Actual Business person is priceless. If you have time to sit and learn Html, CSS, Java, and other web based languages, or you have hundreds of dollars to spend on learning the infrastructure, you do that. While I’m in the process of learning how to use these tools, my business can not sit at a stand still, I gather many others are unable to, as well. Sometimes, we have to delegate our resources.

How is your business doing?

Anyway, I like the product and as long as the “third party” (who is actually from what I can tell, a part of WordPress, though I could be wrong..) is reputable and helpful, I don’t really care.
