I need to hear from you asap! Please tell me WHEN you will be releasing the new version which is supposed to fix these problems:

1)Skyscraper not showing up at all.
2)No icons showing up at all on category pages.

Hi Yang, Thanks. I am current with WP….version 3.3.2

Classic works on all versions…but I cannot get the dang skyscraper to show up AT ALL!

I dont have any idea why your posts are getting bumped. I’ve not heard back from Blogplay….they are completely annoying. I really wish someone else would come up with a comparable plugin, since these guys seem to NOT care at all about the needs of their “customers”.

Blogplay…if you are reading this…PLEASE RESPOND! And tell us when your next revision is coming out that presumably will fix these problems we are all having.

Are you there? Last week you said you are releasing a new version of Sociable this week….it is NOW this week! When can we expect the new version? And will it resolve the three problems I mentioned (skyscraper not showing up at all; classic view icons not showing up on category pages; FB counter displaying incorrectly on firefox).

Thank you for finally responding.

There is no error message….after I activate the skyscraper version and hit “save changes”, and then go look at the site….there simply is NO skyscraper. It does not appear.
I have tried editing and viewing on Firefox, Chrome, and IE….all the same…I cannot get the skyscraper to appear.

Since you are asking about user input, here is another thing I need: I have my site structured to include “category pages”. (you can go look at https://thegoutkiller.com ) I would like your sociable icons to appear on these Category Pages…but they do not. The icons do appear on all posts, and on my static home page…but not on the Category Pages. Again, this is while using the Sociable “classic view” since I cannot get the skyscraper to work. I would appreciate it if you can fix this so that the icons will also appear on the Category Pages.

And one last issue….the FB “counter” icon does not display correctly on Firefox. It looks right on Chrome and IE.

No I have NOT received any word back from Blogplay. I am quite annoyed that they are SO unavailable, and uncaring about their user’s needs.
