I double-checked with other orders and effectively that was the issue.

The issue both happens with Storefront and Twenty Twenty One themes, I attach here two screenshot, one from the gift card resume page and one from an order where the coupon code is effectively used.

Do you need any query from the db on the orders involved with the purchase of the gift card and the one involving its usage?

Unfortunately I don’t have a way to reproduce it, I just noticed it happened for a couple of orders. Happy to provide you with db results relative to the orders involved, in case you think that could help you.

Same here, happens since 3.1 and also on latest 3.1.1

Weird, I cannot reproduce it again. It happened with simply opening the email customizer. I’ll keep on inspecting and alert you if I might be able to reproduce the bug.
