disabling the caching plugin seems to have helped

Are you guys using any caching plugins? I’m using w3 total cache

I deactivated, then re-activated. Did a test order and the issue was fixed. But then shortly after the issue came back and now again, all orders have 0 qty for all items.

I have the same issue. Let me know if you get this figured out! I’m sure the next update to the plugin will probably resolve it but I need to get this figured out sooner than later.

Well I can’t say how glad I am to hear that i’m not the only person having this problem.

For the record I am using Chrome and i do not use the browser to save my password. Instead I use copy and paste.

I am noticing a bizarre twist in this situation.

It seems, when I enter the correct Username/Password that I have on file and try to login the screen does NOT display the red “Error” box saying “ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?”. It just reloads the login screen and says nothing.

When I enter a completely wrong Username/Password the login prompt does that cool little “jiggle” and the red error box appears above it.

So somehow WordPress is detecting the difference between the valid and invalid login but I still don’t get access to the /wp-admin/ to manage my blog.
