I’m having the same problem… two support tickets in a month and apart from an acknowledgment email, I’ve received nothing.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Start Date suddenly missing on Single-eventsThanks, Caroline, for responding.
Here’s a link to an event: https://www.tribalground.com/event/introduction-to-gestalt-awareness-practice-13/As you see the details section has no start date showing, although the start date does appear up under the event title.
Thanks,

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Start Date suddenly missing on Single-eventsThanks for your response, geoffgraham, mine is still not showing.
I notice you don’t have a start & end date, and I wonder if that’s the difference:

In reply to: Getting 500 Internal Server Error MessageThanks, Tara for your response.
As mentioned in my post I’ve tried turning off all plugins and the theme. No difference.
I’ve also renamed .htaccess and still no difference.
My server log is full of weird characters, so I guess it’s time to contact my host.
Thanks,

In reply to: [CoursePress Learning Management System] Course Structure List IssueThanks for getting back to me Bojan. I didn’t want the pages to have names, or to appear, and I thought the drop downs were just bullet points.
All fixed now.
Thanks so much
Thank you for your response. I see now… The Google Drive API under APIs & auth must be set to On.
Not sure why that didn’t stand out when I read the instructions… What wasn’t obvious to me is that Google has changed their setup requiring each API to be toggled ‘on’ before use, and existing settings on this plugin won’t any longer work until that’s done.
I’m getting the same error…

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Version 2.0.5 widgets errorI’m getting the same error, after installing 2.0.5 manually. This error only appears (and disables plugin) when I try to edit Widgets in the dashboard.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] new update issueIn the new version of Events there is a setting to have the ‘events’ included in the list of all posts. Having this enabled also causes a bug that makes your static homepage disappear.
Uncheck the setting in the plugin:
Include events in main blog loopHope this helps…

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Why my events are also present on the homepage?Uncheck this option in the Events plugin setting, and your events will not be included:
Include events in main blog loop
Show events with the site’s other posts. When this box is checked, events will also continue to appear on the default events page.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Page not working after update –Uncheck this in the Events settings and your static homepage should reappear:
Include events in main blog loop
“Show events with the site’s other posts. When this box is checked, events will also continue to appear on the default events page.”Hope this helps.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Latest Update Breaks Static Front PageI had the problem of a ‘lost’ static front page, and found that the Events setting which adds the ‘events‘ into the list of all blog posts was to blame. Setting was checked when I took a look at the updated version, so I unchecked that setting in the Events plugin and static homepage reappeared as normal.
Hope this helps – and thanks for the great plugin, guys.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events Calendar crashed my homepageI had the same problem, and found a setting in this plugin that needed to be unchecked:
“Include events in main blog loop”
Show events with the site’s other posts. When this box is checked, events will also continue to appear on the default events page. This returned my homepage to the static one that was selected under the General settings.
Hope that’s helpful.
