We just checked out in our test website but we are unable to reproduce this issue. We set Products per Row to 4 and it reflects on the shop page.

You should try removing any cache from plugins or hard refresh the page

I just tried out the demo import on a fresh test website and it seems to work fine on it. Note that it’s not possible to add user domain names on the XML file as we don’t know who’s going to use this theme and the XML file is generated by the WordPress default settings (Tools -> Export )

Thanks for reaching out. There are many reasons for it but the most important one is the permissions settings for your website. You don’t have to worry about the images are those are dummy images. You have to use your own product images later on.
