I do. I wasn’t too familiar with using Firebug. With Andrew’s advice, I inspected the element and tried targeting that specifically, but still nothing. There must be something I’m overlooking. I mean, Twenty Thirteen highlights parent menu items by default so I don’t know why it wouldn’t be acting in the same fashion.

Firebug doesn’t seem to help. I’m stumped. Any other advice?

I’m actually not. My friend whose company this is lives in Sunnyvale. I’m working remotely from around Los Angeles. But I’m trying to move up to the bay as soon as I can.

I’ve been browsing through some of the themes on here and they are actually a lot nicer looking than the current one. I’ll strongly suggest that she lets me change themes. ??
