Thanks for reaching out with this issue. We’ve tested the Hestia theme with EazyDocs.

Unfortunately, at this time, you can’t use the plugin with the Hestia theme. Because they used the older version of Bootstrap and we used the latest version of Bootstrap. That’s why there is conflicting with the theme and breaking some parts of the design, not working some functionalities.

WordPress is the platform/CMS for your website. It’s not the hosting. Ask your hosting provider what’s the server name. Nginx nor Apache? If it’s Ngnix, change it to Apache to get fixed this issue.

Btw, what theme are you using with EazyDocs? And are you using the EazyDocs Pro plugin?
