Any suggestions in making a Country Selector drop down.. i’m thinking finding a country list and then running some find and replace.. that should be the easiest.

The problem may well be in my Theme structure. I did a test with a default WP theme and the calendar is perfectly visible. I’m running High Def 2.5 (child) with Modularity 2.2.4. Seems there is something causing a conflict.

Tough part will be figuring it out since i’ve inherited the site. I may attempt to update the two themes which are rather outdated, and hopefully it will get me going on the right direction. Need to figure out any custom coding that was done previously.

My posts migrated successfully over to the new Events menu in the WP admin. I’ve also flushed permalinks.

Any ideas why my event calendar after upgrading from 1.6.5 is not showing up? I’ve inherited this website and am running it on a test server. Here’s the link: https://www.m3ir3l3s.com/ep_wptest002/emporium/events/

I’ve done all the steps, and tried all the template options but nothing works. Not sure what to start tweaking. I’ve also deactivated any other plugins that were active and didn’t make a difference. I’ve updated Permalink structures as well.

UPDATE: Something odd i just noticed. As I install the Debug Bar tool, i notice the WP Admin toolbar doesn’t show up.. well it shows up but it’s all White. Kinda strange. So i’m not able to use the Debug plugin. But I wonder if that’s a sign of an error somewhere.

Your small tutorial has saved me from gruesome research. I have implemented your edits and all is working properly. My client will be satisfied that I was able to simplify the log in process. I couldn’t understand what he meant, until i signed on as a “regular” user to see that the dashboard and login sequence is a bit intimidating. Makes much more sense to redirect to the home page.
