Unfortunately it’s e-mail coming in from another domain that I would not have access to.. I guess the thought here now would be that when they are using this website form it’s on their end in which the e-mails are not coming through as they do not have an SPF record themselves. We have them setup on all of our domains already.
I’ll have to research further, I actually thought it was an issue on the wordpress side of things. Thanks.
