  • I get exactly the same thing in 4.0.2

    An error occurred

You are trying to block yourself. Your IP address is 82.xx.xx.xx which falls into the range 87.98.128.0-87.98.191.255. This blocking action has been cancelled so that you don’t block yourself from your website.

The site is hosted on a dedicated IP address in the 91.xx.xx.xx range so that is not relevant either.

“The refund policy is unfortunate but necessary because some people out there can’t behave respectfully. They buy a plugin and 5 minutes later demand a refund saying it doesn’t work – which is total nonsense.”

The IgniteWoo site has great sales copy but no demos and no documentation until you purchase. I asked for info pre-sale and got none but took a gamble based on the sales copy and purchased a 5 license for Store Manager Pro only to find that order export to CSV did not include customer names and addresses…. something I would think was pretty basic.

That took only 5 minutes to discover, including reading the documentation which only said there was nothing to configure! To say that spotting something blindingly obvious within 5 minutes is utter nonsense is utter nonsense in itself.

No response from support, and to add insult ti injury the purchased 5 x license shows as only 2 in their admin.

Really disappointed and considering CC chargeback due to lack of response and unfit for purpose.

I’ve donated to a number of free plugins, and bought others over the past 5 years working with WordPress, but my experience so far with IgniteWoo is the worst I have ever come across by several miles.

At least when a plugin is in the WordPress Repository it is possible to leave feedback for it – even if it has a paid version.

    Download Codepress Admin Columns

Set it to show the Smart Block ID.

Then what you actually have to add is [smartblock id=”40″] for example if the Smart Block ID is 40!

It is working for me that way in a post with WordPress version 3.5.1
