After scrolling through other posts, someone was having a problem with their theme. Your support mentioned something about a potential server environment issue. I did change hosting companies. Where can I find information on potential conflicts with server settings, etc.

I’d like to tag onto this question. I need either product skus or descriptions to pass to Stripe also. Yes, I know you could get those details from WooCommerce store instead, but our treasurer does not have access to the WooCommerce Store. Just to Stripe. She needs to code deposits based on product/category. Certainly this is not a new question. Especially when you can download sales data from Stripe to go into QuickBooks, you would want to know what was sold. Any idea?

The same happened to me! My web hosting company is saying that the site never existed and I built it weeks ago and it had been live for weeks. After running the plug in, It has somehow wiped it off their servers completely without any trace of it. Are you able to provide any suggestion on how to retrieve it?
