As of now no plugins are installed, we have digital ocean droplet access that can be checked and configured and I am maintaining the droplet so have full access. can you point me any direction where should I look on the server end

I have seen your earlier comment and I have tried your existing uploaded file from Google drive but still the issue remains same.
Removed chrome version and used the developer mode version.

Actually similar extension for our cscart based website works fine on different setup.
Dont know why this is failing as functionality is same. would need your help in debugging
