Thank you all for the advise and suggestions, I was really looking for some kind of resolution within the Plug-In rather than adding more Plug-Ins and things to the Site as it just keeps growing and growing with Plug-Ins. However I will take a look at the suggestions.

I am also having similar issues with my site as it has problems loading. From time to time the Website appears to be unresponsive and will not load. The Widgets area displays Errors and despite using the Classic Widget Editor there is nothing that will stop the site from malfunctioning.

Here is one of the Errors that I got and only after the Update to WordPress 5.8
The “custom_html” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.

Hi there,
I haven’t checked this til now but after your message I checked and I’m not able to see the sitemap.
But this looks to be a Server issue as indicated on many troubleshooting sites as well as this site.
I have also contacted the hosting provider and they are reluctantly looking into this.

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for the information, I hadn’t realized that it was not part of Jetpack as Jetpack is a really good Plug-in and usually it has all kinds of features.

Perhaps on an up-coming update?

Thanks for your quick reply, I did look at the link you send me even before your reply. However I was not able to see anything that would be so different from what I have done to the example.

Would you possibly be able to give me some sort of better guide as to what may have gone wrong or what I may have done wrong.

I really do not see the error if there is one.

I just downgraded to WP customer reviews 2.4.8 as it says in the downgrade link that was send to me, and once I did that and activated the Plugin all of my reviews came back.
Thank you for the temporary fix.
I just wish someone had let me know sooner.

I hear you but unless I’m wrong I haven’t heard from the support team on a fix for this problem.
This is never happened before and I look like i just started my Website!
I hope that someone out there has a fix and maybe they will reply to my issue.

I recently upgraded my Version from a previous version and somehow the Plugin got turned Off.
Currently I saw that all of my Customers Reviews have disappeared and even after I reactivated the Plugin I was not able to see the old Customers reviews. Is there a way to restore the old, Customer Reviews?
Can I replied them and how can I do this if I have a backup of my Site?

Thank you for the information and advice. I kind of thought so as in the last several months we have been having trouble with the Website and had to do a clean install in order to proof that.
As the hosting provider kept constantly telling us that this was our problem, or something with the coding in WordPress obviously not. Now having done this it clearly puts things in to perspective it’s not just us or WordPress but the problem lies with them.
I’ll get right on it.

I was worried that I might have been wrong about things.

I lost my home page and I don’t know what to do the page on the Site is White and in the WordPress “home” page section there is nothing how can I recover this page and content?

I have lost all of my images and Logo for the Website and I am not able to restore it no matter what I try. I have also tried to restore the Website using an FTP backup but no luck it actually got worse.
any help would be appreciated.
