Are you the owner of it as well or just the designer?

One quick improvement:

The twitter area doesn’t give the username. The area right above “My Latest Tweets:” would be a good fit, and the “follow me” image could be clickable to your twitter account

#1: You steal other people’s copyrighted material, give it away for free, and ask for donations. Not cool

#2: It’s breaking adsense policy to have them on a site like that. You could lose everything you’ve earned with them if you get reported

#3: You also ask people to click the ads “many times” to support your blog. I’ve reported you – thanks for defrauding us who use google adwords
