I have the same problem… and it started apparently spontaneously – no changes were made to WP. (2.0.9)

I’ve read every post on this subject and tried every solution, from checking DNS, killing all “ping” services, disabling plugins, disabling live preview, optimizing MySQL database…

…and my machine STILL locks up whenever I enter the “write” tab of the admin section for several minutes.

Never mind. I’ll try to resolve my issue another way.

It works!

After torching the site completely and reinstalling WP 2.0.4, plugins, and the MySQL database several times – to no avail – I decided to try upgrading to the second-latest WP version: WP 2.0.9.

And just like *that* the plugin started to work.

Why it required the new version to make it work when 2.0.4 had worked like a charm under my other domain we’ll never know…

The URL on the FB site is correct — my problem is with the Unordered List plugin specifically.

Okay, so what should I do about it? I’ve installed and reinstalled the plugin, migrated the rest of the site perfectly to the new domain so everything works…

Advice please?

I tried the suggestion given in that thread (also appearing in the WP codex) and it didn’t seem to work. (I added that onclick code to the “masthead” div)

New to WP, heading down a blind alley or two….

I’d just like to second the call for better support from WordPress for LibSyn users… there seems to be a wave of people coming over, myself included, who aren’t expert code writers and could use some assistance.

I’ve had the same trouble with WP ignoring the LibSyn enclosure tag… what could be going on there?
