I am also having this issue. I have one form that is working correctly on my site, (using the sidebar widget) but that is the only form that shows in the widget dropdown…I’m using the Aweber variation. I’m trying to add a new additional list signup using the widget. I have tried disabling my cache plugin, reset the auth code 6 or 7 times. Refreshed etc. Appreciate any tips you could recommend. I’m using Version 2.4.1

I too am trying to get the plugin to work with iContact…
I’ve seen several threads, where the plugin author has said the issue has been fixed, but the Email section is still asking for the Special ID.

I’m running Version: 1.2.8

Is there a potential workaround? use a 0 as a placeholder?

Alternatively, can I specify a cookie domain in wp-config or htaccess?

I upgraded to 2.2.3 and am still getting the smarty “failed to write” errors.

I checked out the database tables to verify if if the cache field was on or off, but I actually couldn’t find the table for the “general settings” section. or cache

Happy to contact my webhost as well — just not sure what to ask them.
