Yep, same issue with my server. All websites on my server are unable to connect to www.remarpro.com, stats.wp.com, api.www.remarpro.com, etc. etc.
My WordPress websites won’t even let me search for new plugins because it cannot connect.
I’ve reproduced OP’s results exactly in my environment. Nothing works.
