Manage to fix it.

I think it clashed with the iTheme Security plugin,
where i changed the back end login.

Solutions:

I access the website FTP and rename the plugin folder.
Then I tried accessing the website via the typical WP-ADMIN login.
Then technically when you manage to login, use the FTP and rename the Plugin
folder back to the original name.
Once you rename refresh the WP Dashboard and go to the plugin page.
In the plugin page you will notice that all the plugins are Deactivated.
You have to enable one by one.

but for my case I activated one by one and deactivated WP Maintenance Mode
which is clashing with my Itheme Security.

Thanks anyway and its great plugin, I’ve used it for all my sites while on Development mode.

is there any way to deactivate the
WP maintenance using sql or anything else

to make or create a page
and make it password protected in WordPress (in the Visibility option)

so when you set a password, can i have a
i’m not a robot recaptcha there.

I notice the XML-RPC was not disable.
I just disable it. I think i miss this potion on.

I’ll ask my hosting guys get the logs anyway.

Where can I find the server log?

I’m certain my site is not offering any other
user except me.

I’ve never had other login links.

They get the login slug and the username easily
but not the password.

The plugin is working great.
The cookie part I got it wrongly.

It will be great if you have a
auto logout if the page is not used
for a certain minutes.

I just managed to fix it, I have to change the
folders 755 and files to 644 for the /upload folder,
and everything appeared fine.

Anyway, i didnt change my contact directory,
it was in the default location
