Hi, I’m trying to use this plugin but it is not working.

the sandbox was not working either with the moneris info and 42424242…card
but with this it just did:
store: store1
api : yesguy1
card: 4502285070000007
cvc: 123
date exp: 02/20

Now i do have my store id and my api key, i made sure both were properly written multiple time but upon my checkout payment i suddenly get a critical error.
Critical Uncaught TypeError: array_merge(): Argument #2 must be of type array, null given in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/StoreApi/Legacy.php: (…)

all paiement failed:
Payment error: DECLINED * =
Payment error: CALL FOR * AUTHORIZATION =

the woocommerce status page show everything is good except for the soapclient:SoapClient but that should not impact on this:?Your server does not have the?SoapClient?class enabled – some gateway plugins which use SOAP may not work as expected.

Do you have any idea what could be the issue ?

We have do one order using moneris payment gateway and we add a card details with expired card date like 08/23 – This year is already passed and the payment is got successed with this card and amount is also reached on moneris account. But this card fault. So Kindly look this issue on the plugin and let us know.

I’m using your plugin for our client’s website for the last 2 months and it works fine. However, when an order is placed, the payment method is mentioned as Moneris in the order email.

Hi I got 2 failed order in my admin when I see the order note it is showing the message “The transaction was not sent to the host because of a duplicate order id” please check the screenshot and let me know what is the issue and how to resolve.

We’ve been using the Moneris gateway for a year and after the last updates that were applied it has stopped working correctly. It used to transition the order to a status of completed and now it stays in processing after the gateway has successfully processed the transaction.

We’re using another Moneris plugin on our website but I was recently told that we need to enable 3Dsecure on the site. The plugin we’re using doesn’t have it but I was wondering if 3dsecure is available on the ‘WC Moneris Payment Gateway’ plugin?

Is there an option to enable CVD secure transactions using the WC Moneris Payment Gateway plugin? I contacted Moneris and they told me that it’s set up by default on their end, so it would have to be configured using the plugin.

But in Moneris payment checkout it is showing error

I have this plugin installed and enabled for a school/student microsite, but I do NOT want to the order status to change to “completed” immediately when payment is processed because it still needs to go through fulfillment. How can I set it up so the payment status = “Processing” when payment is approved through Moneris? Then the team will manually update the status through to Completed after the order is fulfilled, shipped. etc.

We’re using the paid Moneris plugin (from Skyverge) on our main site annexpro.com, and do not have this issue – the order status goes to “Processing” once submitted.

Does this plugin provide 3D secure payments?

When an order is processed through Moneris, I can see that the transaction went through in WooCommerce’s Order Notes, as it says “Moneris payment completed.” But it doesn’t seem to change the WooCommerce order status to “Completed”. How can I get it to do that automatically?

I am receiving an error ‘Cancelled: Malformed XML’ while using this plugin. It appears to be happening when a user is paying via a Visa Debit card. The transaction never reached Moneris.

When adding something into the cart – and trying to checkout – one gets this message:

Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.

Moneris is integrated properly.

We are using this same plugin on another one of our websites. It is working fine.

The only thing that is different is that lyranara.com had it’s WooCommerce updated to Version 4.0.1 – which was noted as a substantial change.

We only accept VISA and MasterCard; therefore I only want these logos to appear on my checkout page. I do not want to display credit logos for credit cards we do not accept. How do I only display the VISA and MasterCard logos?

I put moneris in sandbox mode and I am using the cards from here https://developer.moneris.com/en/More/Testing/Testing%20a%20Solution
and I am not charging anything over $11.00 and am following the guidelines for the cent value being the errors you get however I get a cvd_info error, there is nothing on the moneris testing documentation about what I put for cvd or date. Anyone have and idea how to get sandbox mode to work without this error.

I need to either capture or access the credit card type (eg. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Is there something I can hook into during the payment process to save this to a custom field maybe?

Customers have had numerous error types due to typing information incorrectly, and then they fix the errors but it tries to send the same order id as a duplicate. I am wondering if this is the plugin or something else that is causing it.

Example would be:

Declined & Card use Limited = Declined & care use limited

then 2 minutes later: “The transaction was not sent to the host because of a duplicate order id”

I am receiving the following error message when testing my payment form in my WordPress site. “Transaction not allowed. No permission for:’cvd_info'”

I contacted Moneris directly to ensure that my account is enabled for CVD info. They ensured that it is and that I should contact the developer of the plugin directly.

When i place order from wordpress website, It says “Payment Error: Global Error Receipt.”

If this is the payment gateway url than we have registered in this url so how should we setup for accepting the payment from our site as it comes error while placing order

We have an account for united states and an account for Canada.

I can only choose one selling country in the plugin settings.
