I fixed it. The fatal error was caused by a menu item having a ‘visible only’ to a membership I had deleted.

Hi Bryan – this would make sense as the users reporting this issue had more than one period after the @ symbol, however I already had this toggled off as multiple periods is very common within our sector.

Thank you Brian, that’s helpful to know. I have another issue now – I’m getting emails saying that there are requests that I need to review, but when I look in the admin area, no requests are showing. They were working fine yesterday – any ideas what the issue might be please?
