However, the # of visible items & # of load items is consistently 1 although I am trying different numbers (3,2; 2,2; etc.). Can you please help with this as well?

It is currently defined as 2 & 2.

Quick update – I finally located the plugin editor so I was able to edit the links within hebrew-font.php. It now works great.
