Thank god im not alone in this. Spent at least 3 hours today trying to figure out, swap (upgrade/downgrade) plugin versions including woocommerce, and no luck. Strangely I have 4 websites all up-to date with basically same plugins and same versions and only 2 are affected.
I am trying to re-produce issue on staging and have not yet.
