It maybe helpful to consider adding CATEGORIES and TAGS as an option for Front Page. With technical bloggers and news sites, who tend to repost lots of content to their Front Page, it allows visits to scroll down through dozens of daily posts and quickly find related content by viewing tags, or clicking the tags to narrow their scope of content. Not critical, but still helpful for high volume posting.
