The account page is set to account on UM and the code within the page is [ultimatemember_account]

Great, that got it (at least on the one site I’ve added it to so far), except for the account page. It’s coming up as a white page with everything that’s on the normal sidebar on it (search, featured listings, latest blogs, etc) in a different format, all under each other in the main part of the page, no account info. I don’t see a way to upload a screen shot here.

The strange thing is that I have several sites. It’s working fine on some, directory, profile & login pages are missing on others. All have the same theme, plugins, and versions. The working websites are all on the updated version of Ultimate Member. I ended up restoring from a backup and everything was there, but as soon as I updated UM it was gone.

All UM settings on the websites with issues are the same as the ones that are working fine.

I have done a conflict test on one of the sites and still have the same issue.

I have deactivated and reactivated again and updated the directory and profile forms. No changes. I don’t think it’s a plugin conflict since it’s working on some sites with the same plugins (all updated so same versions) and not on others.

how do I reactivate the plugin? Deactivate then reactivate?

How do I resave the settings?

Funny, the email I received before the notification for this one was from a member who received an email without the link. It’s been an issue for a while. I did read this thread a while back and think I went in to check the setting and it was checked, but can’t remember for sure. Where do I find it on WordPress to make sure?

I’m having the same issue. I have the password reset page directed in the Ultimate Members settings. I don’t see a way to change the email to html to see if that works.

I updated Woocommerce, hoping it would correct the problem, but it’s still showing a blank page under the tabs on the standard tax rate page. The other pages, but the reduced and zero rates pages are coming up fine.
