You also may want to look into our hosting service. We provide a pretty super easy interface for uploading your projects as well as provide embed code (similar to how youtube does). Using the iOS_html5 shell is also definitely the easiest way to integrate the slideshow into your wordpress site.

The easiest solution would be to use our hosting service here with the iOS_html5 shell:

There is a link to sign up on that page for a free 6 month trial. We’re still doing beta testing on everything so the actual free trial could be much longer. We also promise not to delete any slideshows if you decide you don’t want a membership when we finally start charging.

We did work with a developer to put together a wordpress plugin but I’m not 100% that it would work with your custom theme.

The last solution would be to convert to video using the online conversion tool although we encourage people to stick with the HTML/Flash version unless absolutely necessary as the bandwidth requirements are much lower and you get some nice added features like credits, captions, and thumbnails.
