I figured it out but the custom field is at the bottom of the form which gets kind of lost. How can I move the custom field above the phone number field?

That’s outside my scope of understanding. If it’s a simple matter of inserting the sample script somewhere, then I just need to know where, as that is the exact function I’m hoping for (postal code/zip field).

Thanks for the suggestion. I will do this when the promotion is complete. We can’t afford any downtime. I found a work-around by batch updating the products, 150 at a time and was able to get the button back on all necessary products.

Ok. I think it may have something to do with the “Bulk Edit Tool for Products”. I can enable the button for a specific item (in full edit mode) and it will show up. When I attempt to update our settings using the “Bulk Edit Tool for Products” it says, “Action completed; 0 records processed.” no matter what action or target I select.

…but we have 3,000 products in our inventory and cannot possible enable the button for each item…and our Cyber Week promo is site-wide. If the button is enabled in the quick-edit, it doesn’t work. It must be enabled in full edit mode.

When I first installed this plugin, I used the Bulk Edit Tools and they worked perfectly fine…both of them. (Bulk Edit Tool for Products and Bulk Edit Tool for Automatically Accepting or Declining Offers).

We are dead in the water right now as far as our Cyber Week Promo…which is supposed to be our busiest week of the year.

Another customer just called, wondering why he can’t find the “Make an Offer” Button. This is NOT GOOD. Please help!

Thank you! It seems to work well but the percentage is off by just a few cents on the product that I tested. no big deal really, but I tested a product with a value of $577.99, entered 85 as my automatic accepting percentage.

85% of 577.99 = $491.29
However, when testing, the offer is accepted at $491.27 and $491.28.

Like I said, just a few cents, but I thought you might like some feedback.
