i have already done all the below cases but still showing same issue like Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. , my wordpress site is hosted in VM that i am accesing using file explorer , so how can i check the PHP version check , let me know how can i do that
- Run a compatibility test: Using FTP or a file manager provided by your hosting provider, switch to a default theme and deactivate all the plugins in these steps (or see here):
– Rename the “plugins” folder to something like “plugins-disabled” to deactivate all plugins.
– Go to the “wp-content/themes/” directory and rename your current theme’s folder.
This will force WordPress to use the default theme and disable all plugins. If the issue is resolved, enable them one by one to identify the one causing the issue, and also let their support team know about this issue.
- Clear browser cache?and cookies and check again
